Returns and Exchange Policy

Daisy Chain Courtyard have a policy in place due to attempts at fraudulent claims that sadly all small businesses face. Please feel free to read bellow to see where you stand on delivery and returns as well as lay-buy policies. Please note that this is our only website and that it contains our only social media tags, we will never contact you through other sites or accounts and any order placed elsewhere is out of our hands and legal responsibility. 

Delivery

1. Australia wide delivery is a flat rate of $10. This delivery should include a tracking number that the customer will receive.

2. We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Free delivery Australia wide is available on all orders over $100

Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns and exchanges require and order number to be considered.

2. All products must be returned in order for a refund or exchange to be issued.

3. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind purchases, exchanges or store credits will be given once item returned.

4. In the event that a customer wishes to make a 'change - of - mind' return, the customer will pay for the return postage. If the return is due to a damage on our end, the cost of return postage will be reimbursed with the refund price. On both occasions, tracking numbers are required. 

5. All goods will be offered an exchange, in the event that an agreement cannot be met, the items will be returned for a refund.

6. Exchanges and refunds will be made ONLY when products are received on our end.

Refusal of Service

There are a few instances where Daisy Chain Courtyard and it's employee's reserve the right to refuse service;

1. Where the customer is acting or speaking in a manner that is sexist, racist, or homophobic in nature, or for attacking another religion.

2. Where the customer is verbally [or physically] abusive in any part of the service.

3. Where the customer has refused to pay an order/ cancelled an order/ demanded a refund on an order, for no reason or no damage to the items repeatedly.

4. Where the customer still owes on a layby or previous order. 

Rights of Customer

Upon request, the customer is entitled to:

1. Access to the price of an item;

2. Access to description of an item;

3. Access to an image of an item they are purchasing;

They are not necessarily entitled to; 

1. Refunds of items;

2. Exchanges for items;

3. Continued service (outlined in section titled: [Refusal of Service]).

Final provisions

1. By placing an electronic order on the website, Customer confirms to be informed about all the conditions of returns and exchanges policy and accepts them to the full extent;

2. Customer accepts these rules by ticking the checkbox in the order purchase form;

3. Controller can update these Rules at any time. New, updated version has to be published on his website.

These Rules come into effect on 06/09/2021
